My Vulture Beam loadout

Image

So the Vulture in one word..... awesome.
It's an awesome little fighter, it's like an eagle 2.0.
Ok, it's seriously more expensive than an eagle of a viper but not as expensive as for example the fer-de-lance.
And in the right hands, you can take on anything like an anaconda of a python.
Just make sure you stay behind them and let the beam lasers pick of the subsystems one by one

So this is my loadout on the Vulture.

Ok as you can see you'll need some serious power management with the Vulture, but that's kinda the only drawback the Vulture really has.
That's also the reason I don't have any shield boosters equipped, you just don't have the power.
Also for that reason, I did not upgrade my life support and sensors. the D class is always the lightest but it needs more power than E Class.

I went for the gimballed beam lasers but if you feel you're a better shot than me you can always go for the fixed beam lasers.
I took the Gimballed because you'll also face small fighters like Eagle's and vipers and well gimballed just makes those easier to hit and you will just eat them up with those 2 large beam lasers .
And obviously, because subsystems are easier to hit with gimballed. ;)

One of the other advantages the Vulture has is a military compartment and not every ship has that one the Fer-de-lance doesn't have one :o
And the beauty of the military compartment is that you can put your shield cell bank in there and that way you keep your class 4 internal available for other things like an interdictor or a planetary vehicle hanger or something.

I present to you the Vulture... fly's like a Viper Shot's like a Anaconda 8-)
