EXPLANATION BELOW!!!
A game with with Veigar using this build!
Try to complete the Morellonomicon as soon as possible because this is your only source of mana regen
After that build the 3 mag pen items, Liandry's Torment, Sorcerer's Boots and Voidstaff
I Usually go boots as the 3rd item. but if you want that extra movement speed early you can build it 2nd aswell.
Just finish that morello's within 10-15 minutes and your fine.
When you have 3 of the core items. you can usually already 1 shot the enemy non mobile ap midlanes, the average assassin and usually the ADC since they almost never build real defense.
After the whole core and 1 of the finishing items you can easily Q-R any player for a 1-shot except tanks.
But most important... STACK UP.
Kill minions with spells. this gives 1 stack per CS with spells.
Hit enemy champs with spells, also gives 1 stack PER HIT.
Kill enemy champs with spells gives 5 stacks.
Every stack gives 1 bonus AP.
On a game of 30-35 minutes you can easily have around 200-250 stacks.
This is 250 bonus ap!!!
It does alot of ouch. XD
If you are ahead of the enemy laner, roam alot with veigar.
Veigar ganks are pretty strong with the stun and 1 shot potential.
The enemy will eventually focus you.
Dont be scared,
1 SHOT EM!!!!
