Build Tester

Hey Everyone.
I already made a pretty solid one-shot Build with Veigar.
And i'm very willing to make guides for our forum.
So if you have any requests, post them here.
It might take some time to make a good working build.
But i will do my best and add a little commentary on the bottom of the build just like i did with Veigar's one-shot build!
I have every champion so that is not a problem
